Employee Partner
Signature Senior Living’s (SSL’s) mission is to provide a high quality of life for our residents and employee partners with a sense of warmth, compassion, choice, individual pride, and SSL spirit. Specifically to our employee partners we pledge to provide a culture that encourages all partners to “Work Hard and Play Hard” everyday and promote openness, leadership, team building and empowerment.
At SSL we recognize our staff drives the success of the company. We consider all employees of SSL to be partners in SSL's mission and success. As a result we identify staff as “Employee Partners”.
Each SSL Community is licensed to provide Assisted Living and Memory Care services. The goal of management is to encourage autonomy in decision-making for all residents and employee partners. Community employment is based upon job-related qualifications and ability to function effectively in a job position.
Each employee partner’s performance is judged, in part, upon the ability to reflect the principles of assisted living in day-to-day work. Upholding the principles of assisted living is vital. These principles of - individuality, choice, independence, privacy, dignity and home-like environment are part of what makes assisted living so unique.
SSL offers the following employment opportunities at each community. If you are interested in becoming a SSL Employee Partner please complete the short information form on this page and someone from SSL’s management will contact you.
